Model Cost and How to Buy
A single user license for one person to install the model on one computer is $2,300. An enterprise license allowing an unlimited number of users at a company is $7,821. The model cost includes twelve months of updates plus twelve months of reasonable levels of phone and email support. A WebEx training session is available on request. Renewal costs at the end of twelve months are discounted 1/3 off the current prices.
After several months in Beta testing our brand-new Packaging Cost and Price Model is due to be released within the next week. The Packaging Cost and Price Model will enable the user to estimate the manufacturing cost and selling price of Leadframe, Organic Substrate, Wafer Level, EMIB and InFO packages. User customizable, the model is a complete detailed bottoms-up calculator.
